"On the Green"
Package Price: $1,300
Our "On the Green" package is ideal for those who are looking for an outdoor space and want to create their own charming setting. Choose between use of our Pavilion or our freshly mowed front lawn - or both! While this package does not include use of the barn, it does include use of eight bathrooms and the parking lot for up to eight hours.

"The Barn"
Package Price: $2,800
With "The Barn" rental package, you will enjoy using our facility for 12 hours for your event with up to 100 guests. This package includes usage of the barn venue for up to 12 hours and usage of our table and chairs. You provide decor, set up and tear down, cleaning.

"The Full Event"

"The Full Event" package is designed for a stress-free experience, styled the "Echo Valley Way." Includes access to the barn, pavilion and rest of our beautiful grounds. You will enjoy using our facility for 12 hours from 10 am to 10 pm for up to 125 guests. This package includes usage of all of the facilities and property, the upstairs apartment quarters, as well as labor for set up and tear down, and clean up.
